Dust free workshop

This is our dust‑free production workshop for plastic sheet extrusion. Strict environmental control is maintained here to guarantee high‑cleanliness quality of raw sheet materials.

There are 3 production lines for APET plastic sheets in our factory. The picture shows the transparent PET plastic sheet we have made. The production supply is 2000 tone per month. Also, we have the Dust- free workshop for the production, Nice choice for the food grade request by the customers.

Final winding and packaging of plastic sheets

This is the final winding‑and‑packaging station for plastic sheets. Finished plastic sheets are rolled up here for subsequent packing and shipment.

Thermoforming workshop

This is our thermoforming workshop equipped with full‑auto thermoforming production lines. Plastic sheets are heated and molded here to produce finished plastic containers and blister products.

Thickness control for white PP sheet

Polypropylene (PP) sheets are available in different textures and thickness varying from 0.15mm to 2.0mm, used in stationery, files, folders, packaging thermoforming for producing plastic disposable containers, ice cream cups, curd cups, plastic boxes and many others. so we use the roller to control the thickness to meet the request by the customers.

Cutting control the width

We use the cutting to control the width and meet the demands by the customers. Polypropylene (PP) sheets are available in different width (Max 1000MM).usd for different packaging.
